Job Overview: zlien Account Managers provide new value to our customers. You will be measured on: renewals and expansion revenue. This role works with our mid-market customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship from the beginning of the customer journey with your customer portfolio
  • Increase your customer adoption, stabilize retention and promote loyalty
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities on a weekly basis
  • Work with your customers to establish company goals and set objectives for using zlien
  • Complete unique user touchpoints and advocate user needs and issues across departments – sales, operations, product and development
  • Secure subscription renewals
  • Occasional travel requirements for in-person, user visits

Travel Expectations:

This job will require light-to-moderate travel within the United States. Travel will be to make customer visits such as trainings and/or to attend conferences.
