You will have significant impact on zlien’s growth by executing both long-term and short-term marketing automation and lead nurture strategies. You will be a part of a small, yet effective team of marketing professionals that get things done. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Implementing and creating new nurture campaigns based on lead behavior using Hubspot
  • Managing and executing lead and demand generation campaigns focused on inbound marketing, nurturing, engagement, and sales enablement
  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of the entire customer journey from awareness, comparison to decision stages and how to use that to shape nurture campaigns
  • Measuring campaign performance and analyzing key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and funnel lead generation accordingly
  • Make recommendations on new content marketing campaigns based on lead behavior
  • Taking ownership of the marketing database, understanding the lead nurture behavior and moving leads to the right nurture campaigns on a continuous basis
  • Creating a database cleansing process for continuously removing cold and “fake” leads from the system

What should be true about you?

  • You have 3-5 years of lead nurturing/automation marketing experience in a B2B technology company or equivalent internship experience.
  • You have experience with a marketing automation platform such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, or other MAP.
  • You have a clear understanding of how to create and optimize lead campaigns.
  • You can provide sample lead nurturing campaigns.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong analytical skills. 
  • You love working in a fast-paced environment with a smart, motivated team. 
  • You are never tired of learning new things.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Some HTML, CSS
  • Paid search experience
  • Knowledge of Construction or Credit industries
